What is a junk Will?

Most of the time the Will is either invalid or is valid but practically useless. Why? A Will is merely a tool. If the tool is used wrongly, it is a rubbish tool. An analogy is like buying an insurance product: If you ask an insurance salesperson for specific product advice, the insurance person can give product advice and help you transact it. However, it does not mean that the insurance product is suitable. You may have bought an insurance product that is exactly what you wanted but whether is it suitable is quite another story.   1. Many people try to save money and unintentionally leave behind messy affairs to be sorted out by their loved ones. Actually, the cost of a good Will is a one-off thing and don’t need to be so stingy about it.
