Genting HK signed US$600 million seven-year loan!

On 30/Nov, Singapore shares end lower Tuesday as renewed worries  on euro zone public finances and policy tightening in China.

STI ended lower at 3144.70 (0.4%) with LOW VOL of 1.35 billion shares traded compared with 1.15 billion shares Monday. In the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 304 to 176. STI continues to pullback slightly with only 63% ratio ended in negative region and low trading activities as well.

Suntec REIT (T82U.SG) has priced its private placement issue at S$1.37 a unit to raise S$417.9 million in net proceeds.

Genting Hong Kong Ltd. (0678.HK) has signed a US$600 million seven-year floating-rate term loan and revolving credit facility to secure against eight-vessel Asian fleet and pay down existing debts.
