CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT) is Singapore’s first commercial real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the SGX exchange, and is currently one of my favourite counter for dividend play. In addition, CCT has a 30% stake in Quill Capita Trust, a commercial REIT listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that owns commercial properties in Malaysia. CCT also has a 7.4% stake in Malaysia Commercial Development Fund, CapitaLand‘s first and largest private estate fund.
