Bharti Airtel 3Q Net Falls 41% to INR13.03 billion!

On 02/Feb, Singapore shares end higher Wednesday after Dow Jones roar above 12000 for the first time since June 2008 due to improved manufacturing data.

STI ended higher at 3211.12 (0.8%) with LOW VOL of 939.9 million shares traded compared with 1.05 billion shares Tuesday. In the broader market, gainers outnumbered losers 356 to 72. Today STI has performed a fantastic rally as the overall market got a strong uplift. Moreover the trading volume is not weak since it managed to go close to a billion shares in half day session.

Singapore Exchange Ltd. (S68.SG), Bursa Malaysia Bhd. (1818.KU), the Philippine Stock Exchange Inc. (PSE.PH) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand plan to develop a trading link which is expected to go live by the end of 2011.
