What can investors expect from Jaya Holdings ?

 A number of investors have been asking me what to do with their Jaya Holding shares.  I even received calls from some journalists.   First - I believe that the IFA appointed by Jaya to opine on the General Offer at S$0.48 from the Deutche Bank group is likely to say that the offer unattractive.  We have already seen the selling pressure ease and the share seems to be hovering around the S$0.55 cent.
