When China GaoXian requested for a trading halt on March 21, 2011 at 6.32pm - alarm bells have started to ring.  The Trading Halt was called shortly after the company received a request from the SGX about the unusual trading activity on March 21, 2011.  I was out of the office for most of March 21, 2011 but sensed something was wrong given the sharp intra-day price decline on good volume.  The chart below shows what happened that day and since its listing.
