Hyflux gets US$26m loan from Japan’s Mizuho!

On 28/Mar, Singapore shares end lower Monday as investors took profit on the recent gain under thin trading volume.

STI ended lower at 3057.38 (0.4%) with LOW VOL of 909 million shares traded compared with 1.18 billion shares Friday. In the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 285 to 157.  Today STI undergo profit taking on low volume and the selling pressure is relatively self-contained.

CapitaMalls Asia Ltd. (JS8.SG) has submitted application for dual listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Olam International Ltd. (O32.SG) has signed contract with the government of Gabon to supply natural gas to feed a proposed ammonia-urea plant.

After market close

Japan’s Mizuho Corporate Bank will loan Hyflux Ltd US$26 million for the partial financing of the construction cost for the Hyflux Innovation Centre.
