On 27/April, Singapore shares end higher Thursday though investors took profit on fears that Beijing could tighten monetary policy soon.
STI ended higher at 3184.99 (0.1%) with LOW regular VOL of 1.03 billion shares traded compared with 1.34 billion shares Wednesday. In the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 262 to 194. Today investors continue to take profit ahead of the US GDP. This affirms that market are still not convince that prices can go higher.
