Rewarding Yourself Within Your Means: My 2nd Hand iPad

I recently bought an iPad 16GB Wifi + 3G 1st generation second hand from La Papillon’s friend. It was a good buy as it was a 8 month old set that was used only for leisure and was in good condition. I paid $580 for it and it included some accessories like 2 covers plus an extra USB cable plus a stand/charger.  I could probably have gotten a better price after the iPad 2 launch but I didn’t want to wait too long and the deal was okay with me.

I bought it without any feelings of guilt because I’ve been eyeing an iPad for quite sometime and my bonus paid in March 2011 for work done in calendar year 2010 was more than decent so I could afford to splurge a little.
