On 07/June, Singapore shares end higher Tuesday as prices rebound on some bargain hunting,

STI ended higher at 3115.95 (0.1%) with regular VOL of 1.22 billion shares traded compared with 979.4 million shares Monday. In the broader market, gainers outnumbered losers 213 to 197. Although STI ended flat today but the positive market breadth affirms that investors are bullish and continue to buy on pullback to 3094 support.

Olam International Ltd. (O32.SG) plan to raise S$731.8 million in net proceeds through private placements and a preferential allotment of shares to existing shareholders including state-run investment company Temasek Holdings Pte. Ltd., which is set to subscribe to S$245.5 million worth of shares.
