Question on Will writing obstacle IX (lack of knowledge)

In fact, that burden of knowledge should be born by professional estate planners. Many people felt that they need to be knowledgeable before writing the Will because they have to provide exact instructions to their lawyers. To be able to develop an exact instruction set means having already acquired the technical knowledge about the subject matter. To make things worst, some irresponsible individuals advocate to DIY their own Wills because it is free. This increases the burden of having technical knowledge to the level of the estate planner and lawyer. I do not require any of my clients to have any knowledge about this subject on Wills.
