On 29/June, Singapore shares end higher Wednesday as investors expects Greece to avoid a messy default.

STI ended higher at 3079.74 (0.9%) with regular VOL of 1.11 billion shares traded compared with 1.11 billion shares Tuesday. In the broader market, gainers outnumbered losers 273 to 128. Today STI rally with strong buying pressure as traders regain their confidences on the global economics.

Ascendas Pte. Ltd has signed an agreement with Singbridge International Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Guangzhou Development District to jointly develop an integrated business park in Guangzhou that will cost CNY2.3 billion (US$355 million) over 10 years.

After market close

Singapore Airlines has reached an agreement with Airbus to lease 15 more A330-300 aircraft.

NOL Group opened its new terminal at the Port of Qingdao today which is originally expected to open in the second half of 2011.
