Keppel Corp 2Q Net Profit Rose 9.3% to S$384.9M!

On 21/July, Singapore shares ended higher on hopes that a bailout package for Greece may be approved when euro zone leaders meet later in the day.

STI ended higher at 3138.51 (0.4%) with HIGH VOL of 1.53 billion shares traded compared with 1.68 billion shares Wednesday. In the broader market, gainers outnumbered losers 275 to 222. Despite STI rose 0.4% but the overall market breadth is relative weak as investors are merely buying up selective stocks.

Tiger Airways Holdings Ltd. (J7X.SG) wasn’t aware of any reasons for a sharp increase in its shares in Singapore on Wednesday and affirmed that it had no immediate news to share regarding financing or business that could have caused the surprise move.
