SingTel To Issue US$100 Mln, 7-Year Floating Rate Notes!

On 02/Sept, Singapore shares ended lower as investors are caution ahead of the key U.S. jobs report due later.

STI ended lower at 2843.09 (0.8%) with LOW VOL of 1.15 billion shares traded compared with 2.19 billion shares Thursday. In the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 298 to 158. Today investors continue to take profit as they are mindful of the U.S. Job data and prefer not to hold over the weekend.

Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. (Z74.SG) would issue a new series of US$100 million, seven-year floating rate notes Sept. 12.

ComfortDelgro Corporation has acquired a 40 per cent stake in Gobbler Private Limited, an online marketing platform that engages viral media technologies and solutions.
