Ascendas China Commercial REIT To Seek Approval For HK IPO!

On 06/Sept, Singapore shares ended flat though investors remains concern on the Europe’s debt woes and the health of the U.S. Economy.

STI ended lower at 2774.33 (0.04%) with LOW VOL of 1.33 billion shares traded compared with 1.25 billion shares Monday. In the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 238 to 210. Today STI continue to swing aimlessly under low volume as investors sidelined pending for more economics news.

Ascendas China Commercial REIT, a unit of Ascendas Group plan to seek the Hong Kong stock exchange’s approval for its plan to raise around US$300 million-US$500 million by listing the company via a yuan-denominated real estate investment trust.

CapitaLand Limited, in a joint venture with Hersing Corporation Ltd announced the establishment of a China-domiciled subsidiary, Storhub (GZ Jingxi) Co Ltd.
