KepLand ups stake in K-REIT Asia at 85.54cts/unit!

On 30/Dec, Singapore shares ended lower as data show a further contraction in China’s manufacturing activity.

STI ended lower at 2646.35 (1%) with LOW VOL of 437 million shares traded compared with 472 million shares Thursday. In the broader market, gainers outnumbered losers 194 to 154. Although STI fall by 1% today but the positive market breadth affirms that investors are merely selling on specific stocks and not the overall market.

CapitaMalls Asia Limited ‘s unit, Chengdu Huayun Jiangnan Real Estate Development Co Ltd (CHJ), has increased its registered capital to S$170.5 million from S$112 million.

Keppel Land Limited has received 23.53 million units in K-REIT Asia at 85.54 cents per unit through its wholly-owned subsidiary, K-REIT Asia Management Limited (KRAM).
