The overall stock market has rallied nicely in Jan and continues to do so in Feb. I saw this as a chance to take a bit of profits and also switch out from underperforming stocks. I sold a little of CapitaRetailChina Trust at over 10% gain. I also sold a small portion of Fortune REIT at over 20% gain.
