As suspected, market did bottom in Oct 2011 as valuation was simply too attractive for investors to resist. It was followed by another 2 sluggish months of accumulation. Market only really took off in Jan 2012.
So, after rallying for 5 weeks, where do we go from here?
This is a monthly chart of S&P500. Looks like S&P500 will be visiting 1500 again. Any reaction (retracement) from now till then I believe is a chance to long.
I want to comment about 1500 zone but I think I will do one thing at a time.
