I knew about CH Offshore since it was spinned off from Chuan Hup and recently took notice due to the price drawdown and the enlarged dividend yield. The business is easy to understand. CH Offshore charters anchor handling tug supply vessels (AHTS) to oil and gas exploration companies that have oil rigs that needs to be supported by these boats.
