OCBC Increases US Commercial Paper Program Size To US$10B From US$5B!

On 03/May, Singapore shares ended lower after disappointing data from Europe and the U.S. revived concerns about the global economic outlook.

STI ended lower at 3000.94 (0.2%) with HIGH VOL of 3 billion shares traded compared with 3.29 billion shares Wednesday. In the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 230 to 165. Today STI undergo profit taking as traders are unwilling to buy higher especially the index is near the critical resistance.
