I have started to take opportunities during the recent market rally to rationalize my portfolio. Another stock which I have removed from the portfolio so far is Al-Aqar KPJ REIT. Despite the dividend yields from Al-Aqar KPJ REIT, I find the corporate governance and investor relations to be quite lacking. Holding this stock for more than half a year, I have found it difficult to get much updated information without depending on various news sources. Unlike Parkway Life REIT, I am always updated by the latest press releases and there is good activity in the REIT.
