Wednesday, 23 May, 2012  8:24 AM Posted by Kevin Scully China Animal - recently included as a Stock Pick called for a trading halt two days ago.  It released last night a statement on a "Possible Delisting" from the SGX-ST and a transfer of its primary listing to Hong Kong. The Company indicated that it was releasing the announcement following recent share price and volume movements.  Key statements in the announcement are: "Following recent movements in the Company’s share price and trading volume, and further to the Company’s SGXNET and HKExnews announcement of 18 October 2011 entitled “Clarification in relation to Speculation of a Possible Corporate Exercise”, the Company wishes to inform shareholders (“Shareholders”) that it is in advanced stages of considering a possible delisting of its ordinary shares of HK$0.10 each in the share capital of the ...
