This is an update to my Singapore Stock Portfolio for the Month end of May 2012. I have removed Keppel Green from my stock portfolio and sold down Ascott, SingPost and Suntec. I have held Keppel Green for quite some time and I have been looking at it since it was listed The reason I removed Keppel Green is because the management hasn’t been proactive in seeking and evaluating acquisitions. Despite the zero leverage, there hasn’t been any indication of interest in growing the business. In the utilities business, I would much prefer Semb Corp, although the prices have not moved to the range I would invest in yet. ......
