This time round, my portfolio has shifted somewhat as I have been streamlining my portfolio. I have removed Keppel Green from my stock portfolio and sold down Ascott, SingPost and Suntec. I have held Keppel Green for quite some time and I have been looking at it since it was listed The reason I removed Keppel Green is because the management hasn’t been proactive in seeking and evaluating acquisitions. Despite the zero leverage, there hasn’t been any indication of interest in growing the business.
