Singapore Airlines 1Q Profit Rose To S$78M!

On 25/July, Singapore shares ended lower on concerns over Europe’s debt crisis.

STI ended lower at 2990.92 (0.3%) with LOW VOL of 1.20 billion shares traded compared with 0.947 billion shares Wednesday. In the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 218 to 140. Today STI undergo profit taking as investors are selling on the recent gains.

Mapletree Commercial Trust’s (N2IU.SG) 1Q distribution per unit rose 60% to 1.54 Singapore cents per unit compared with 0.96 Singapore cents a year earlier due to a surge in its net property income.
