Having just read an inspiring story of the interview with one of Prudential’s most successful manager in the Sunday Times today, a particular quote grew quite an impression on me. And that was his comment about his attitude towards money. The common saying is that “Money is the root of all evil”. However, money is just a medium of exchange for goods and services. Providing a service as an employee or business person, money is the exchange for compensation and it is in turn used by the recipient to exchange for other goods and services for themselves. It is meant to facilitate convenience compared to constantly seeking a direct barter trade. So, is this medium evil? ......
