Cerebos - another of my Yield Stock Picks, is suspended due to lack of free float....delisting date to be announced Friday, 2 November, 2012  10:41 AM

On October 24, 2012 at its EGM, 99.8% of the shareholders of Cerebos who attended the EGM approved the voluntary delisting of the company.  By 30 October 2012, Cerebos did not have enough free float when the number of shares owned by Suntory had crossed 90%.

This delisting was expected given Suntory's dominant shareholding in Cerebos.  I was just hoping for a higher price.

Cerebos is the fifth company in my Stock Picks/Yield Picks to be delisted and privatised.  The others include: Sinomem, Allgreen,Juken and AdamPak.  I have recently added Straco Corporation as a replacement for Cerebos as its delisting was imminent.
