Market Direction – S&P 500

2 Nov 2012. S&P 500 closed at 1414.  As per our earlier discussion dated 4 Oct 2012, failure to hold above 1420 may signal deeper pullback.  A break below the lower bound will see 1375 - 1380, followed by 1335 - 1340.
 
9 Nov 2012, S&P 500 closed at 1379.  So what's next? US Fiscal Cliff, Greece Bailout Deadlock, Currency War, Collapse of China Shadow Banking, High inflation 2013 etc... I guess you probably have know, read or hear it.
 
If it does happen within the next 6 - 12 months, i guess the equities market may be affect. So if there is an negative impact, what is the possible direction?
 
As shown on the weekly chart,
(1) Both 1219 and 1379 are the previous highs
(2) The (black color) uptrend line connects the low of 666.79 and 1074.77, and then projected forward.
(3) Weekly MACD has a bearish crossover ...
