Great Investment Returns

The general theme that runs through yesterday’s The Sunday Times Invest section was that of Investment Foresight. In many articles carried in the Invest section, there were plenty of examples to demonstrate that good financial rewards go to those investors with great foresight. It was mentioned in the article one of the most classic examples around of how a US$10,000 invested in Apples stock few decades ago will now give you a return of over US$750,000 today. Also, in an interview with the owner of Evergreen bookshop, it was revealed that the owner actually bought an office space for $800,000 in year 1989 and then recently sold it for a rewarding $6 million.
