As REIT prices continue to increase due to increasing demand, the valuations become less and less compelling. Therefore the past few months I was working on researching other sectors which may provide better opportunity. I am also exploring some of the smaller cap companies as a lot of large cap stocks have surged in value as well.

I did not sell any stocks during this time period as I have raised enough capital for my property. I am intending to just retain the portfolio for dividends. I do have 2 additions however, STX OSV and Silverlake Axis.
