Singapore Property Stocks

Today, Singapore’s property stocks headed south after the government announced a slew of cooling measures to cool the Singapore’s property markets. The southward movement in the property counters did not affect me as I do not own any property stocks. In fact, if you have been following my blog, you would know that I eschew property stocks. The reason I have shared with readers is that these stocks face an additional factor unlike most other cyclical stocks which are just prone to the global economic and China’s factor; these local property stocks are subject to our government’s intervention via cooling measures.
