Day 2 of Value Investing Summit 2013 has ended. Again, good or bad?
The first speaker was Mohamed Ismail Gafoor. All of us would probably have seen him on TV or in the papers giving his opinions on the property market in Singapore.
Readers might remember when I did a blog post to provide an update on how the event was going to include a segment on property investing in Singapore, I said that value investing is not restricted to the stock market. If we can find an undervalued property, buy it and rent it out for income, that would be value investing too.
There is no doubt that Mohamed Ismail Gafoor has a wealth of experience in the property market and he shared with us his views on where the property market is going in Singapore. Some things I already suspected while some things I didn't even think about.
