On our previous email dated 24 April 2013, i mentioned that "if the market likes to have yield and does not mind paying for it, the companies should give it to them"...although it is not the exact wording, the idea or rationale behind it is pretty much the same. If you are reading this morning "The Business Times", on the front page, you would read the article heading "Reit IPOs set to take the market by storm"....
if the market likes it... give it to them...

Finally, STI broke above the 3330 level but it wasn't confirmed by the RSI indicator. Have some reservations about this upside move. If one notice it, the rally may be due to financial stocks and investors coming into the market to buy stocks with dividend payout. I just wonder what would happen in ......
