Guess the Haze brought along bad luck, fears of QE ending next year and a spike of interest rates continues to grow on investor's minds. Blue chips and reits got sold down today as we slowly head towards the 3100 level again. Today I would like to talk about reits. Why do small investors like me be interested in buying reits? For someone like me, I don't have enough funds to purchase an entire commercial or industry building, so the invention of reits is good for small investors like me because with a small amount of cash I do get to own a piece of  the property.
