Innotek, one of my value and yield Stock Picks, was queried by the SGX for the unusual volume and trading activity over the last two days.   The MD of Innotek has replied to say that the Company is not aware of any reason behind the unusual volume and share price performance and that it is in compliance with the SGX listing rules.

I also contacted the management and asked whether there was any significant change in shareholding.   I think we should know in terms of filings some time next week.......so let's wait and see.  In terms of value, discount to NAV and its growing cash position, Innotek is undervalued.  But as in my last report from the Q1-2013 results briefing, the Q2 numbers did not ...
