Ok, I received many many emails and Skype message asking me question on Vard (fka STX OSV) I am sure that the readers should have read from SGX announcement on what exactly happened to Vard and the Q2 result that follows. In my own view, I believe that the bad news has been factored into the stock long ago and long over-dued. Looking at the chart, I am prepared to stick out my neck again and call for an interim bottom at this time. I believe that the downside is capped and any further selling will be limited.
