Value Investing Summit 2014 (Day 1).

The first day of Value Investing Summit 2014 has ended. Ken Chee's consummate showmanship and charisma shone once more. Although I attended Value Investing Summit 2013 and it was not the first time I was listening to him today, he still managed to make me smile which is not an easy thing to do especially since he claims that Singaporeans do not show their emotions readily.
As usual, Ken talked about the importance of investing because of inflation. The daily cost of living is going up and leaving money in savings accounts is a bad idea.
