 I visited KimHeng Off Shore Marine last week and met its Chairman Thomas Tan.  We are from the same year and same school - SJI.  The timing of the meeting was off as the company had not yet released its full year 2013 results and therefore could not say much about its business and outlook.  I took the opportunity to try and understand the business.  On the surface, they look like Jaya Holdings with some 30 odd OSV and other vessels but they are not.  I still like the offshore oil & gas sector and while our analyst have a HOLD recommendation on the stock purely from a valuation perspective, I wanted to try and understand ...
