I'm sure many of you have seen my post on How much money does a couple need to earn in order to afford a $300,000 HDB flat? This post actually actually attracted more than 60,000 views over the past 3 days with 5.1k Facebook likes. I couldn't believe it myself either as my blog has only on average 16k views per month. The past 3 days views broke my 4 months record. The post is still being shared until today and attracting more readers even now.



Of course this means that buying a HDB flat is a concern and big decision which many young couples face in Singapore especially when prices have risen substantially over the past few years.
