Singapore Haze & PSI: which stocks to buy and not to buy?

This post is about Singapore Haze and which stocks to buy and which stocks not to buy. When I woke up this morning, I saw really thick haze outside my house. Immediately, I went to switch on my television set to understand more about the PSI reading. I was quite surprised to see that the 3-hours PSI reading was 36. Well, the PSI reading does not really correspond to what I saw of the haze outside my house but I think it could be due to result of the 3-hours computation. I am not sure whether the 3-hours PSI reading is an average of the readings of the previous three hours, just like the computation of moving averages in technical analysis, but the Mathematician in me tried to work out whether the 3-hours PSI reading is really a moving average in June 2013 when the local PSI reading then reached ......
