The STI rallied again today (2nd April 2014) led by strong manufacturing figures from abroad. The STI has added quite a fair bit since March 2014 and I must congratulate readers who have profited from this seeming uptrend. But is this uptrend a rally? Is it still timely for investors to enter into the stock markets and ride on the uptrend or the rally? I do not know. But I know that markets will correct after a sustainable period of rallying. And I know what my investment plans are. I know that I will not be tempted into buying now no matter how tempting the markets are, as apparent from the rallying of the Singapore Stocks Markets. I am not convinced that it is the time to buy more of my preferred stocks by looking at their technicals, thus my answer to you is that I did not buy stocks ......
