I know the Singapore stocks markets are trading without too many clues to investors as investors shrug off the good showing of the US stocks markets. The market catalysts are possible mergers and acquistions and analyst reports like the one by OCBC on Orchard Road stocks. Penny stocks are in vogue and this reminds me of the ongoing probe into the trio penny stocks saga by the authorities. I wonder when the report will be out? I think that a report of the probe that gives investors details of what caused the penny stocks rout will even make penny stock trading more popular. Amidst the current backdrop of the Singapore stocks markets, there are two themes of stocks which investors may favor: blue chips dividends stocks and undervalued stocks.
