Penny stocks are rallying these days. There seems to be a rotational theme going around these penny stocks and expert traders with experience and deep pockets are profiting and when retail investors come to buy these stocks at the rallied prices, it may be too late for them as these stocks will then be offloaded by the expert traders! Blue chip stocks are mostly reporting a less-than stellar set of financial results. For most of the investors, I believe the best technique now is to sit and wait on the fence before some attractive valuations of stocks which one is familiar with are on the radar of investors once again.
