People sometimes wonder if it takes a lot of time to prepare food to bring to work. It surprises people to find out that actually it could take very little time. It is very easy to cook oatmeal and to make sandwiches, for examples. It could take 15 or 20 minutes to make some sandwiches to last us for a few days each time we do it.
