Standard Chartered Online Trading 2015 – Still No Min. Commissions?

Not too sure if Standard Chartered will remain as – to use their own words – “the only bank in town to carry no minimum commissions on share transactions.” With less than two months to go before SGX board lot size is officially reduced from 1,000 to 100, I had asked whether there will be any changes to their fee structure.
