CapitaCommercial Trust – New Addition

I made a brash decision today.  I bought a counter while I am still in the midst of researching on it.  That counter is CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT), the commercial S-REIT managed by Capitaland Ltd. From my preliminary findings, I know the S-REIT looks promising.  CCT dropped to $1.67, which coincides with the Net Asset Value ("NAV") per Unit as at 30 September 2014.  (After CCT's recent convertible bond redemption, the adjusted NAV should be around $1.6627+ according to my calculation.  Not far away from the last reported NAV.) I felt an urge NOT to miss this opportunity while Asian markets are bathing in a sea of red.  Decided to put in an order for 3 lots @ $1.67.  It was filled around 1pm. Thoughts abound in my head. "Perhaps I should have completed my research first.  Perhaps the counter will drop even more tomorrow.  Perhaps... ......
