Non-REIT post today. I was reading through B's blog when I came across an article by sgyounginvestor.  I was really impressed by his depth and breath of analysis on S-REITs.  One particular piece was on OUE Commercial REIT (article link here). I was humbled at the same time.  Compared to his analysis, my analysis seemed like child's play.  Sad to say, I felt ashamed.  I pondered for a while why I had not put in more effort into research. All kind of excuses seemed to spill out from my brain.  Some of them may be valid; some of them are not.  But one question came into my mind: What is the end goal of my analysis?
