Fellow blogger la papillion told me that he is looking at either CapitaMall Trust ("CMT") or Frasers Centrepoint Trust ("FCT"). I thought it might be interesting to pit the two REITs against each other in SRSI's inaugural S-Reit Deathmatch.

How does it work?
Think of it like a mixed martial arts (MMA) fight where the two S-Reits battle it out based on FACTS about their property portfolio, capital structure and operational management. (Please note I am a vested holder of FCT, but it shouldn't affect the Deathmatch.)
