Over breakfast some days back, my lawyer friend and I had a conversation in which he needed my professional financial opinion regarding a current case he has been hearing of. Long story short, over that one unforgettable session where the EUR/CHF went to hell after the Swiss currency cap was removed, one broker fucked up big time, and its clients are not happy at all. Collectively they are suing the broker.

I have every right to say that, because I was once one of those guys, acting all grown up and shit thinking my nimble scalping strategies were gonna bank me a million dollars, when the whole time I was probably really at the mercy of unscrupulous proxy market tactics.
