What investors should do to increase stocks profits?

Maybe it’s due to the fact that retail investors are overwhelmed with the statistics of large shareholdings by key investors that sometimes, I think and this is my thinking only, that investors may think that they are just a small shareholder of a listed company, especially if they own just a few thousands shares or with the new current lot size, just 100 shares of a listed company’s shares. In actual fact (and if I am sounding inspiring, it is a coincidence only), a shareholder is one of the many business owners of the listed company, hence it is really the onus of each shareholder to come to the AGM of the listed company they invest in and ask (or for some, “grill”) the board and senior management of the company.
