I am not looking closely at Singapore stocks these days as the STI says it all: the STI is consolidating around a certain level and though the STI is just a basket of thirty blue-chip stocks; the sentiments are felt on all second-tier and third-tier stocks as well. Some penny stocks see heavy trading action, but I am not one who engages in too much of speculation over these stocks.
Crude oil prices continue to be in the lows, certain sectors like commodities are still not going up and investors’ radar continues to focus on the clues for the Federal Reserves to decide on the rate hike decision. Against the current backdrop, I cannot make out any buying opportunities which are consistent.
